You can contact me directly by phone, email, text message/SMS or by completing the online form on this page. Completing the online form will greatly assist with the reservation process, however, you can contact me using any method that you prefer. If you need me urgently please phone to check availability. If I am out on the road doing housecalls I may not be able to reply to emails until I are back in the office that evening.
Standard appointment hours: 9am - 4pm Monday - Friday
Office hours: 8am to 5pm Monday - Friday
The phone is not monitored outside of office hours.
Appointments outside of these times are subject to availability and will incur an additional fee.

After Hours and Emergency Care
I will always try our best to attend to your pet in their time of need, however unfortunately sometimes I cannot always get to your home immediately if I am with other bookings or if you need someone out of normal hours. In these instances, 24 hour care can be provided by the kind and compassionate veterinary staff at Small Animal Specialist Hospital (SASH).
While they are not a housecall service they are open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to provide care for your pet whenever they need it. They are also conveniently located close to both the Bruce Highway and Sunshine Motorway.
You can access their services anytime and do not need a booking but a courtesy call to let them know you are coming is always appreciated.
